Description:	We seek independent treatment privileges from nursing home administrators to provide psychotherapy and non-drug mental health services to residents of their skilled nursing facilities. This is all FREE to the facility because all compensation is received from the insurance carriers of the residents we treat. Most facilities already have a psychiatrist who only provides medication. Many of them are unaware of the importance of counseling and psychotherapy in assisting their residents to eliminate anxiety, depression and/or agitation. The biggest obstacle is that they may already have a psychologist on staff or are unaware of the importance of non-drug treatments like counseling and psychotherapy to help their residents. Administrators usually will want to talk with me and, if local, can do so in person. Otherwise, by phone, conference call etc. To date, we have treated our geriatric patients in a private office setting but are now converting our delivery model to treatment within the nursing home itself. A set fee is promptly paid to the telemarketing contractor upon the closing of each sale. Approximate start date of the project after selecting a bid is within one week.
